How to Use My Worship Planner

Use the Hymnal drop-down near the top of the planner to pick the songbook your congregation uses (Songs of the Church, Great Songs of the Church, or Sacred Selections). New songs you add will use that book's numbering.

Fill in the Service Title, Date, and Scripture Reference fields. These appear in the printed order.

Tap any button under Add to Order — Song, Prayer, Scripture Reading, Sermon, Lord's Supper, Offering, Welcome, Benediction, or Other.

The free plan allows up to 5 items. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited items.

For a Song / Hymn item, tap the hymn name field. A searchable list appears. Type a hymn number or a few letters from the title to find the song quickly, then tap it to select.

Use the ▲ ▼ arrows beside each item to move it up or down. Tap the trash icon to remove an item. You can also type a custom title, leader name, or notes for any item.

Once your order has at least one item, tap Show preview to see how the printed page will look. Tap Hide preview to close it.

Tap the Print Order button in the header (or the sticky bar at the bottom on mobile). Your browser's print dialog will open. This is a Pro feature.

Tap Browse Hymn Library to open the complete searchable hymnal. Pro users can unlock the full library for adding songs.
